HSE girls basketball beats Zionsville 53-33
Last Friday the Lady Royals improved their record to 20-1 with a win over Zionsville. The Lady Royals had a complete team win to secure the conference title finishing 7-0. 
Leading the way scoring for the Lady Royals were Parrish with 17 points, Hamilton with 12, Jackson added 9 and Maulucci had 8 of her own. 
Leading rebounders were Hamilton with 7, Jackson with 4, Maulucci with 4 and Irvin with 4.

Lady Tigers take down Avon
The Fishers Lady Tigers earned their third conference win by defeating Avon last Friday night. The Orioles jumped out to an early lead, but two quick 3 point baskets late in the first quarter cut the deficit and the Tigers were down only 4 points at half.
They used a strong defensive second half and a 41 percent night from behind the arc to earn the win. 
Tamia Perryman led the Tigers with 13 points, and 11 rebounds, including going 5-5 from the free throw line. Cierra Tolbert added 9 rebounds off the bench and Katie Burton led all scorers with 15 points and a team-high 4 assists. 
The Lady Tigers are now 12-9 (3-3).

University falls to Pendleton
The University High School boys varsity basketball team lost to Pendleton Heights High School last Friday 64-58. Joe Martin and Max Greenamoyer led the way in scoring for University. The team looks towards it next game against Anderson Prep at home this Friday at 7:30 p.m.
