The Sheridan Blackhawks' girls basketball team bounced back following a loss at Carroll to get a big win versus Clinton Central, 77-39, on Tuesday night.

The Blackhawks were in complete control after going up 50-16 at halftime.

They were led with a balanced attack on offense, but who really stepped it up for them was Brittany Welch. She not only scored big with 26 points but was also efficient shooting by going 12 of 13 from the field.

Katie Hybarger added a well-balanced game as well with three assists and three steals to go along with her eight points.

The Blackhawks improved to 5-2 on the season and face Clinton (Ill.) at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Saturday where they hope to carry this momentum with them.
