The Millers (10-8) took on the sixth-ranked Brownsburg Bulldogs (15-6) on Friday night at The Mill in Noblesville and came out on top 39-36.

Noblesville senior Zack Johnson led all scorers with 21 points. Seniors Eagan Keever-Hill and Jordan Schmidt added 7 points each. Seniors Alex Hancock and Xavier Hines were the only other two Millers to manage a bucket on Friday—they each scored 2 points.

The first half was low-scoring for both teams and the Millers, who managed 9 points in the first quarter, held the Bulldogs to just 2 points in first 6 minutes of play.

At half time the score was just 12-7.

The defensive game continued during the second half, with both teams scoring only 9 points in the third quarter.

In the fourth quarter, the Millers edged out the Bulldogs 14-13 which led to their 39-36 victory.
Brownsburg will look to bounce back against Hamilton Southeastern (13-6) next week. They take on the Royals at home on Friday, Feb. 15, at 7:30 p.m.
The Millers have their next game tonight at home against Fort Wayne - Wayne (9-8). Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at The Mill.
