WESTFIELD—Elvin Caldwell has committed to play college football at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL.  

The standout running back for Westfield High School’s football team lettered three years and led the Rocks in rushing yards and touchdowns his junior and senior year.

He finished his career as the Rocks’ third all-time leading rusher. In his senior year, he was named Hoosier Crossroads All Conference and All State Honorable Mention.

He also played an integral role in Westfield’s run to the state football finals in the 2013-14 school year, where the Rocks were runners-up to Cathedral in Class 5A.

Caldwell, who is also a member of the baseball team at Westfield, plans to study Criminal Justice at ONU.
