INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Carmel's girls swimming program extended their state high school championship streak with their 32nd consecutive team title in the IU Natatorium Saturday, the Times news gathering partner WTHR reports.

Kelly Pash won the 100 and 200 freestyles, and Trude Rothrock won the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly to lead the Greyhounds, who also won the 200 Medley and 400 Freestyle relays.

Northridge won the only relay Carmel didn't win - the 200 Freestyle - and finished second in the team standings behind Carmel 363 to 215. Hamilton Southeastern, Franklin Community and Fishers rounded out the top five teams.

The individual highlight of the meet was Yorktown's Emily Weiss, who set a national high school record of 58.40 in the 100 Breaststroke.
